When you provide us with your personal data, you consent to us storing and using this information for the purpose of providing our veterinary services.
By doing so, a treatment agreement is established between you and Boschhoven Gezelschapsdieren B.V., and you make use of our services. If you choose not to provide your personal data, we are unable to enter into a treatment agreement and therefore cannot provide our services.
Boschhoven Gezelschapsdieren B.V. processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you have provided this information to us yourself.

We use the following software systems:
VIVA 3.0: Our practice management system, used for maintaining veterinary medical records relating to you and your animal(s), as well as for invoicing and administrative purposes.
Exact: Our accounting software, used to process payments made by bank transfer.
We also use the services of the following organisations:
Personal Card: This company sends reminder cards for annual health checks and vaccinations.
IDEXX VetMed: An external veterinary laboratory that performs additional diagnostic testing on samples submitted by Boschhoven Gezelschapsdieren B.V., where required.
Retention of Personal Data
Boschhoven Gezelschapsdieren B.V. does not retain your personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
We retain personal information such as your name, address, bank account details and related information for as long as necessary to provide veterinary care for your animal(s), comply with legal obligations and meet our financial and accounting requirements.
If you request that your personal data be deleted, we will do so where legally permitted, provided that all outstanding financial obligations have been fulfilled.
Cookies
Boschhoven Gezelschapsdieren B.V. uses technical and functional cookies. In addition, we use analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. If you believe that we have not handled your personal data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
